Gus effed up my hair twice. first time it was the classic, whoops took the clippers too deep. So then i just had him take it shorter to even it out and he did the same thing… on the same side of my head!!! the shape is all effed up. if I was to rank my 5 worst haircuts, dude has 2 of the 5. I was hesitant to write this review because he is such a nice guy but it was too bad of an experience… and then also because the review hyping him up that he knows how to cut asian hair.
classic line right at the beginning of the cut: «let’s start off longer bc I can always take more off.» Ya bro, I started off with solid 6″ length head of hair to a finger wdith. Thanks man. effin went from Brad Pitt to sinead o’connor

Made an appointment and showed up on time. I was told they were running a little late and saw 5 – 6 customers waiting to get their haircuts. After 20 – 30 mins and seeing 4 walk-​ins who were waiting go in front of me and my appointment. I decided to get up and get my haircut around the corner which turned out good and with no bs. Not sure the point of appointments if they’ll just treat you first come, first serve anyways… Don’t waste your time

My buddy kept telling me «You gotta go see Gusto at Waltham’s finest man he’s the best!» so of course I doubted him lol… but glad I finally gave in! Listen… I’ve had haircuts from all sorts of barbers and stylists, including my best friend’s little sister and another friend who owns a salon, but let me tell you… NO ONE cuts my hair better than Gusto! He takes pride in his work and does not rush you. Also does precision cutting so your line up looks really tight! Seriously, the dude makes me look better than Adam Levine, Justin Timberlake and Tom Brady combined! You can’t put a price on that :)

This is my favorite Barber shop in mass. I’ve been coming here for a few years and never had any complaints about my hair cuts. They have 4 barber’s with plenty of seating room for waiting. You can walk in or make an appointment. Best fade in town but they are good all around.

Called last minute before a trip for work in the morning and not only are they one of the only places in the area open at 8pm during the week but we’re happy to see me w/​o an appointment close to closing time whereas other places in area won’t see you (unless there’s 30 minutes before close) and they have a great layout of couches and many large tv’s (can always see while in the chair) and very inexpensive plus they do shave and brows if you ask, I’ll be back

ATTENTION ASIAN PEOPLE: We have super hard hair to cut, and it takes a person with skill to make our hair the way we want. GUS KNOWS HOW TO CUT ASIAN HAIR, he takes his time and makes sure you are satisfied with the cut you want. Many other barbers have failed to cut my hair the way I want, and usually they end up giving me some awful Wanna be DragonBall Z haircut, but if you want a clean cut, the latest styles and an excellent barbershop experience, This is the place to go!!!

This barbershop is the real deal!
For a haircut and a hot shave $ 15 is a steal.
The barbers are friendly and pay attention to your hair. This is the only barbershop that I have been to that will spend 45 mins — 1 hr making sure that your hair looks good and you are satisfied.
The atmosphere is that of a classic barbershop with an updated and hip feel. The music is blasting and there is a dog that runs around the shop sometimes. The leather couches in the waiting area are comfortable (almost too comfortable) and they had me seated in about 15 mins even thought they were quite busy.
They are also very accommodating.
I called about 15 mins before they closed and they were able to seat me and give me a haircut about 10 mins after I got there.
I highly recommend Waltham’s Finest Barbershop to anyone looking for a good haircut for a reasonable price, with a comfortable, laid back, bro hangout spot, this place is for you.

I have received several haircuts from both Gusto and Angel and they are both great. They take their time and do great work. They ask the right questions to make sure that you get the haircut you want. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a barbershop; talking about sports, cars, women, and life. I highly recommend this barbershop.
