Thank you for visiting our page. My name is Rob and I am a licensed home inspector with the State of New York, and the owner of Home Detectives. My education includes studies in the areas of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, and other technical skills that prove invaluable in the area of home inspection including experience as a tradesman. I received my formal home inspection education at Molloy College where I completed the Home Inspection licensing course that included field based training in inspecting homes. I also have over 11 years of experience in the fire service where I have experience with, and formal education in areas such as residential and commercial building construction.
