Pinks Nail & Spa

Went to this salon today and got my first ever gel manicure. I always get black– black polish on my hands and feet. For some reason, when I walked outside my nails were blue (only my nails, not my toes). Amanda would not fix them right away, so I made another appointment for 2:30 (my original appointment was 10:30). When I went back, their attitude completely changed. She quickly filed off the black, leaving what was left around my nails visible. When I questioned this, she told me black was hard to remove. Well, no one else ever had a problem removing black from my nails before. I choose to do a gray color and she slopped on the gel polish and when all was said and done– every nail was bumpy and rough. I showed her and asked again– please start from scratch. She took off my gel manicure again. As I was looking again through all the colors, she took out the money I paid, handed it to me and said bye! I had a standing appointment, my mother and cousin did as well. We will never go there again… and as I was leaving was told by the hair salon next door that they are sooo rude to them as well. Disgusting!!!
