Measured To Fit

I have nothing but rave reviews for Measured to Fit. I worked with Gail and she was a delight. She explained everything so well in a friendly, pleasant and professional way. And the best part was that she put me in a well fitting and comfortable bra– on the first try! I highly recommend checking it out!

How can I start this review of this wonderful place and these amazing ladies!
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and amazing these women are or the service they provide .
Helpful and knowledgable with a large selection to choose from. You definitely will see a difference when fitted properly, it makes you look like you lost at least 10 lbs and who couldn’t use that!
If you haven’t been to them yet stop what your doing and go go go it will change your life, seriously.
Their shop is beautiful the owners wonderful funny and friendly I love them so much!

I would love to say I love this place. The two ladies who run it are lovely. Beverly is the one I worked with. In store she was warm, personable and spent plenty of time with me. But follow up was awful. I waited months for the bra to come in for my daughter’s wedding. I called
and never received a call back. Emails were unanswered. Finally the woman who owns the dress shop where I bought my mother of the bride dress called them. Lame, unbelievable excuses. They finally produced ONE bra for me to try instead of the several I was told would come in for me to try. No mention of the bathing suit I also ordered or the two every day bras I bought that really hurt even though I followed their break-​in instructions. I’m still waiting for a phone call from Beverly because she promised to find a bra that would work for me. Meanwhile I’m stuck with 3 very expensive bras that don’t really work. This has been going on since June 8^th. It’s now Sept 14. They don’t do refunds, only store credit but at this point I would really like my money back for at least 2 of the 4 bras I own because I don’t think they are ever going to come up with a viable solution.

My daughter and I have been struggling for years trying to find bras that fit us and are comfortable. I finally went to get professionally measured, we’ve been measured by Vicki’s before and a few other stores but it never turned out well. I have to say that I finally know my real size which I was off by 3 cup sizes!!! I feel great my girls feel great and I look so much better. My daughter too!!! These ladies were awesome!!! I recommend them to ANYONE!!! Yes we paid 60 $ per bra but the 40 $-50 $ bras at Vicki’s can’t even come close to the way these make me feel!!!

I had a very confusing and disappointing experience with this shop. I went in March for a fitting and thought the shop and staff were lovely. They were going to place an order for me that they said would be in a week or so. After three weeks I called and left and a message and sent an e-​mail and there was no response. I called again a few days later and was told that they had just received a shipment and that my order might be in the box and they would call me. I was trying to be patient so I waited a few more weeks (now a total of 7 weeks). I sent them an e-​mail and facebook message telling them that I would have to make other arrangements if my order was still not in. Again, no response. I have no idea what is going on with this shop but I am really disappointed. I was hoping they would be my boutique for swimwear and lingerie.

Really important to get fitted for the right bra. Great customer service, large selection of beautiful, stylish bras in many textures and colors. Highly recommend.
