We speak Kid! Snip-it’s is the area’s only salon designed just for children. Our stylists also receive special training on the requirements of autistic and special needs children. We have a bright, colorful, engaging salon just for kids… including entertainment, games and prizes. Every style station has a game system that plays educational games or cartoons featuring our cast of fun characters. A parent chair is also provided at each station so mom or dad can watch in comfort. At the end of their Snip-it’s Hair Cut Adventure every child gets a prize to take home. We give kids a special place made just for them to get a great haircut while having lots of fun, too! PLUS… We offer a variety of unique PARTY Experiences, like the Red Carpet fun of a Glamor Party and the Total Pampering of a Spa Party, including Facial, Manicure and Pedicure! There is nothing that compares to a Snip-​its Party!

History

Established in 1998.

The Snip-​its Salon concept started as a full service children’s salon in Massachusetts and now has locations nationwide. We offer a fun and unique place for kids to have their hair cut experience. Now under new ownership, Snip-​its in Wappingers is better and more fun than ever!
