Been coming her for probably 5 years. Best deal in Onset! People might balk at the price, but you must understand supply and demand! There are very few places to stay in Onset so of course prices are going to be higher than your typical chain establishment. The proprietors are very nice people and go out of their way to accommodate guests. They’ve redone most of the Inn to enhance your stay. They’ve really gone all out to make sure you enjoy your stay! The whole gig with Onset is park yourself there and walk around and enjoy the town and beach!

We used this hotel for our wedding guests, making a group reservation. We had a positive experience and found the staff helpful and professional. Its the true the rooms may seem overpriced for the quality of the indoor appearance (got to keep in mind its Cape Cod), but being right on that beautiful beach is just too good to pass up. I stayed there with my parents and they loved it. My wife and I toured about 15 different hotels in the Bourne area for our guest hotel and chose this one because it was the best value. To save money, you can stay in the 3^rd floor rooms and share a bathroom outside of your room with 4 other rooms. The price if you choose that is unbeatable.

Went for a wedding. Guy originally told us we had to book 2 nights because it’s summer and he wouldn’t let us book 1 night. Come to find out, my buddy booked it 2 days prior and he got one night. I was also told that if I didn’t show I would be charged the full price which is illegal but I knew I was staying anyways so I didn’t even question it. Cost for the 2 nights was $ 387. Place looks nice outside, but it’s a dump. Rooms are covered in dust, tv is 12″ and only gets 4 channels, bathrooms are tiny with terrible water pressure, front desk was less than professional, no clock in the room, poor lighting, etc. The list goes on. If the place was $ 60 a night I would have expected these conditions, but for the price we paid, I was expecting a lot more.
