Established in 1973.

A.T.R. Systems, Inc. was founded by Tom Hoover as Accurate Time Recorders in 1973. As the technology of time recorders and systems grew, so did the company. Today, ATR has a customer base of well over 2,000 clients in more than 12 countries.

Michael H.

Business Owner

Michael Hoover graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a degree in Industrial/​Organization Psychology. He operated a web design business before joining ATR Systems and took over in 2003.

In 2005, Michael was invited to join the Board of Directors for the Independent Time & Labor Management Association (ITLMA), a position he holds today.
