I was told by a person who worked there that the company is not as professional as they should be with their clients and there employees. That’s a must in homecare! When Excel talks to their clients they don’t confront them face to face if there are problems they call or email (unprofessional) they are also not on top of situations quick. If the employees have concerns they jump thru hoops to get answers, by more than one team member having to repeat. Other issues involve both client and employee when speaking with staff they always hang up before conversations are over. Yes many things need to change with this company I would think
