Happy to say Munro muffler did issue the refund regarding the estimate invoice mentioned in previous review. Be vigilant when using coupons.

Don’t waste your time with this one. suppose to be open Sunday 9−5pm. In order to be open at 9am you should be there before 9am. not rolling in at 9:05am. Oh you don’t need an appointment to get an oil change but they can’t do it if you don’t have an appointment (30 min.) Oil change, tire psi and rotation. boom out the door. not here.
They can’t get to work on time… remember early is on time, on time is late and late well you know.
Please think twice before you take your car here.

I went here for muffler and brake service a few months back. I’ve read the other reviews about the slow service. I can not agree about the service being slow. They were friendly and the amount I paid seems about average for this work from my experience.

Went today to check out my older car to see what I need for inspection prior to the actual date. I wanted to see if I should trade the car in or if I should hang on to it for the next year.
They have a new manager and the check in area runs smooth. They are clear on when they will be working on your car based on the conversations I heard while waiting.
Have not found a reason to give them a bad review, good place to use when things go bad with your ride.

The reviews on here scared me quite a bit, but I decided the give this place a shot, because the Monroe I’ve always gone to was really good.
The prices are really good, seem friendly enough,
as the other reviewers have said, things are much slower than other shops for simple things… the reason, I have no idea…
I think I’ll be coming here for just the basic needs~ nothing major
