We also offer emergency plumbing and drain cleaning services. And our specialty is in water and sewer line repair and replacement, either using traditional or trenchless technology methods.

History

Established in 1998.

Resolve Rooter, Inc. incorporated in June of 1998 when Frederick J. Carr bought a truck, placed a yellow page ad and opened his kitchen table for business. Many things have changed since then – office location, advertising, number of employees and services offered – but the philosophy of exceptional service has not.

Throughout the years, our goal has always been the same: complete customer satisfaction. Leading the way is our dedicated group of customer service representatives, highly-​qualified service technicians and committed members of management. Thanks to their generous donation of time and talent over the last thirteen years, Resolve Rooter has seen its customer base expand.

Sitting in his tent, with no running water, no hot food and virtually no communication, platoon leader 1^st Lt. Frederick Carr, U.S. Army, dreamed only of coming home and seeing his family.

Every day as he was leading his men through the mud and trenches of a remote FOB (Forward Operating Base) in Eastern Afghanistan he himself learned life lessons about perseverance, leadership and commitment.

What he didn’t know was the opportunity that was budding within the family business.

After 15 long months and a lot of hard work, Carr returned home to his family, and his father said, «I need your help.»

Frederick «Fritz» Carr Sr., owner of Resolve Rooter, has been in business for 13 years. Specializing in emergency plumbing and drain cleaning, the family-​owned and operated business had been focused on residential and commercial customers who had basic plumbing problems.
