History

Established in 2009.

Our first building was ready to rent in 2009 and even though we were not open to lease apartments the community saw it differently. Before any other building was ready we were on a waiting list for tenants. One by one the buildings opened and as they opened the apartments rented and we still have our waiting list! Established as a luxury apartment complex it has lived up to its name and has continued to over the years. When your ready for apartment living we are ready for you. When you chose to live in luxury you will find your self in our office awaiting your new home! One of our friendly staff is waiting to show you your new apartment home. I started developing in the 60’s and have continuing to watch Houston County grow. I love to give back to the community I call home thats what keeps me striving to do more whether we are developing roads, apartment communities, self storage facilities, sub-​divisions, helping out our local base and much more. I love my job and my town and hope to help it to keep growing for many years to come.
