Tech Rx was established in 2013 by Pedro «Pete» Ferrer in the hopes that he could bring something that the community needed, a trustworthy and quality repair facility that cared about the customer and products it offered. Pete went to schools to get trained and accredited in mobile device repairs. He attained Level III accreditation and the birth of a new idea was now growing.

Tech Rx was established in 2013 by Pedro «Pete» Ferrer in the hopes that he could bring something that the community needed, a trustworthy and quality repair facility that cared about the customer and products it offered. Pete went to schools to get trained and accredited in mobile device repairs. He attained Level III accreditation and the birth of a new idea was now growing.
He researched the many suppliers that offer replacement products and researched them to find their strong and weak attributes. He discovered that some products, although a little cheaper, were more susceptible to breakage and repeat problems. Like anything electronic, when you power up the item you never really know 100% if it will work as intended. But, you can increase your odds by using a higher quality product from the beginning. And this is the path where TechRx decided to travel, by utilizing a higher quality item we can increase longevity of the repairs and the customer satisfaction.
