Orrin is a family owned and operated boutique winery specializing in Syrah, Viognier, Zinfandel and Cote Rotie style wines.
History
Established in 2000.
In 1999 Dr. Bud & Florence Wiederrich purchase 20 acres in the small foothill community of Sunshine Summit near Warner Springs. Located about one and a half hours Northeast of downtown San Diego they started to plant the first vines in 2000. In 2006 plans were started for a winery and one year later the winery was bonded in 2007.

Von is the son of Dr. & Mrs. Wiederrich and the current owner. He is also the winemaker and has been from the beginning.
