Best Thai food in the city. Cashew chicken is different but it is by far the best cashew chicken I have had. I have not had a bad dish yet and I have tried a bunch of them. The service is a bit on the slow side but that is to be expected for a well done meal. Give yourself an extra 15 minutes it is worth it.

Ordering Pad Thai with over cooked chicken, and The noodle is not well done enough. My friend order pipe apple fried rice and it taste like curry something, meaning they are not clean their stuff before cook. Also, the service is just horrible, she don’t talk no ask nothing. Never come back

Charm is a cute Thai place. It is decorated well and feels like a nice restaurant upon entering. I just haven’t been super impressed with anything I’ve had here. It hasn’t been bad, there are just better Thai places where I’ve enjoyed the food more. It says something when what I remember most is the décor and not the food. There aren’t other Thai places super close to here, so if you aren’t willing to leave the area, it isn’t a terrible option. However I think it’d be worth it to go closer to the Asian District for a more memorable food experience. I haven’t completely ruled it out, but nothing is tempting me to return at this point.

I feel compelled to write a review based on my first visit to this restaurant. After reading several reviews and was given a good recommendation, we(group of 7) decided this would be a good place to get Thai food. Unfortunately, the experience was less than stellar. The food was relatively decent, but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The restaurant closed at 8:00pm. The only thing left on our table was our drinking glasses. We were in the midst of finishing our conversation, and the server/owner came over and picked up our drinks and ushered us to front of the restaurant to pay for our meals and to leave. This was at 8:04pm! By 8:10, all 7 of us had paid for our meals + 18% gratitude(more like 19% but who’s counting when you have terrible service :)) and standing outside astonished by what had happened. At this point, I took the liberty to walk inside and speak to the server/owner about what she did. My conversation to her was about how rude she was for pushing us out 4 minutes after they closed. She did apologize, but it was only to me. Unfortunately, she chose not to walk 3 steps to go outside to apologize to the remaining 6 people. It’s sad because I question her sincerity. In the end, she lost 7 customers because of her. But not just the 7, but the 7 customers who have families, and the 7 customers who will tell their coworkers about their experience, and 7 customers who could share it on social media, or 7 customers who can write a review about their experience in which thousands of potential customers can see. So the next time, she pushes 7 customers(or even 1) out the door, she might want to rethink it because she not pushing 7 customers out, but a multitude of potential customers. I hope she learns that food alone won’t keep her restaurant open, but having good customer service will get customers to want to come back!

This was a really good meal. I didn’t ask for extra spice, not knowing the temp. I ordered a spicy dish and you like spice ask them to turn it up. They have 5 levels. The thai tea was perfect and I really enjoyed the meal. This lunchbox was such a great value and I will return.

I like this little neighborhood gem. Everything is made from scratch so it takes a bit longer but is worth the wait. Lunch specials are good and plentiful and dinner entrees provide enough for lunch the next day. I like the Panang curry, Tom Yum soup, and of course, the pad Thai. It’s nice to have vegetarian and pescetarian options in my hood.

My wife and I went here after she received a gift certificate from her boss who loves the place. The food was great with lots of flavor. We have other Thai places here in the city but this one stands out to me since it feels like they put real time into perfecting their dishes. It’s a small place so be ready to wait if you get there at a busy time but it’s worth it.

Service is quick and friendly. The food comes out very quickly and is tasty. I ordered the red curry with tofu and enjoyed it thoroughly. I love Thai coconut curries and it certainly did not disappoint. Great spot for a quick lunch.

Best Thai in town and always the same consistent quality. We eat here at least 10 times a month, and have yet to have a bad dish in any way. This husband and wife ran jem will not disappoint you– wonderful curries, great apps, fresh every time, and quick service. If dont know what to order go for lunch and try the special, again, you won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal Thai restaurant in the Warr Acres area of OKC. I enjoyed the sesame chicken and spring rolls. Both were delicious.

The best Thai restaurant in the Oklahoma City Metro. This hidden gem is located in the heart of Warr Acres(Northwest OKC). I frequent this restaurant during my lunch hour and I have to say the service and food is exceptional. All the curries are made fresh and have an authentic taste, no fillers or additives here. The chef is trained from Thailand and finds ways to entice my appetite for good Thai FOOD!

Very good food. The restaurant is rather small so we did have to wait but it was worth it. My husband and I had lunch on a weekday. Clean and nice atmosphere.

Okay, I’m writing this review belatedly because I found a bunch of pics I never posted. This is a fun little place with some of the best décor and atmosphere around. Very small, and from what I’ve heard, can be hard to get service if you go when it’s busy. However, the couple times I’ve been there, the service has always been fine and the food is really good. Especially the Tom Kha Soup. Oh Lordy, the Tom Kha soup. So yummy. I’m still a fair newbie to thai food so I generally stick to 2 or 3 star hottness, but I think i tried a 4 last time and it definitely had a deliciously firey kick. The red curry and pad thai are both good, but the soup is what I really remember and is what makes me can’t wait to go back.

Ok, there is pad thai, and then there is some PADTHAI! Wow! Unbelievable flavor. My dish came out steamy hot and fresh. I also indulged in the curry roll. That little wrapped pocket of goodness will set your sails! If your in Oklahoma City for a visit or a drive through definitely worth the visit. Atmosphere is warm, soft music playing in the back ground and very friendly servers.

Two words: lunch special. It’s yummy. Every single day. I usually get the special with pad thai, and it’s always delicious. A little chilly outside? Be sure to order hot tea with your meal, or an iced thai tea. The lady who owns the place is not extremely warm and fuzzy, but she will remember you if you come often and she’s always very quick. The service is pretty good, even when they are slammed. Tip: get there early if you have a large group because the place is small.

I love Charm! First of all, it is one of the only Thai restaurants in the Bethany/Warr Acres area… maybe the only one? In any case, they make very delicious food. My favorites are the pad thai, the curries, the sautéed eggplant with chicken, and the little fried spring rolls. I’ve had some other things as well, but these are my go-to items on this menu. I wish they were open a little later. I feel like I’m usually just starting to think about dinner around the time they are closing. That’s why we usually end up only getting take out, we don’t really have time to dine in by the time we both get home and Kasey gets cleaned up. So, take out is the norm for us. They have never gotten even part of our order wrong, and I usually like to order a bit extra so we have enough leftovers for each of us to have a light lunch. Very thankful to have this on our side of town. Helps make up for all the delicious food I miss since we moved out of the Asian district.

Quite possibly the best thai food in Oklahoma; they compete with one other place in Edmond. Quality makes up this entire restaurant. I think they make their own curry paste, but I didn’t ask to confirm. It is so amazing. They offer red rice, and to my knowledge they are the only thai place that offers something other than white rice. In my two visits I have had the green curry w/shrimp, thai coffee, and crispy garlic shrimp; I think the crispy garlic shrimp has a different name though. The dang crispy garlic is so good. It is all so very delicious. Thank you, Charm!
