Gotta love leasons. I went here all of the time growing up. Great food and Ice cream, kind of an older fashion ice cream shop vibe which kids love. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Anytime I’m in the area I make it a point to stop in. Usually for a footlong coney, malt and fries. The food is hot and served quickly and made to order. Service is always always friendly and the restaurant is spotless. A great place in anyones neighborhood, just wish they were in mine.

Came here with good dining friend Tom. He got a scoop and said the ice cream was good, so good that he would choose it over a similar flavored Dippin Dots™ any day. They made me throw away my Slurpee™.

this place looks like a sit down restaurant but it’s actually like a cafeteria – they have sandwiches & ice cream that you can take out or sit in their dining area – quite a popular local place – very good place to come to…

I’ve noticed a trend here lately. They’re getting extremely cheap with the portions, and quite frankly I’m getting tired of it. They give way less ice cream for the large sundaes and put barely any fruit topping on it at all. It’s under new ownership now, and you can tell because the previous owners would never be so chincy with portions. It’s time to move on, there are better places out there.

This place has been here forever. My mom and Aunt would meet every Saturday when I was a little girl, and we’d go here. I’d get a shake and fries. Ever since then if I’m in the area and don’t mind calories, I stop in. Thick fries and real ice cream shakes. Cant ask for more. Every time I come its a flashback to the 80s. Classic diner, done how it used to be. Highly recommend you making your own tradition and coming here:)

We Started coming here just for ice cream, which is always generous and excellent. We recently started having dinner here and following it up with ice cream. Best idea ever. Their coney fare is excellent and the daily specials are a steal. The kids who are working there are always polite and right on top of everything. Even when it’s packed, the wait is never bad. There’s a good reason they’ve been around for 40+ years.

Just tried Leason’s for the first time. Their soft serve is super creamy. Prices are fair, serving sizes are good & taste is wonderful. Glad we tried this place! :) If you get an opportunity, it’s worth stopping in for a delicious treat.

I’ve gone there since the first day of 9th grade. It has been a hit since. One of my all time favorite places to go. Amazing service and amazing food. :)

A family tradition dating back 3 generations now. Larry & his family have made Leasons an ice cream institution here in Warren for many years. I like to fight the crowds of soccer & baseball players so my kids can enjoy the ice cream here as my dad with me, like my grandparents did with him. There are not many family joints left were you can say that anymore. They have burgers, dogs, fries, blizzards. The soft served ice cream is really good, but my favorite is the double scoop cookie dough in a chocolate & sprinkled covered waffle cone. I try to hurry up and devour my ice cream, grab some ice cold water from the drinking fountain before I here Coca mo by the Beach Boys on the jukebox!

Leason’s is a Warren staple and you MUST try it! My husband’s friends have fond memories of Leason’s when it was Dairy Boy(with a mascot strikingly similar to Dennis the Menace, the mascot of that«other» dairy chain). However, since«umpteen» years ago, Leason’s has been rolling out the fries, sandwiches and ice cream Metro Detroiters love. Since we were on the east side, we stopped by today for a Reuben combo(add fries and a drink) and a burger with waffle fries. The food is pretty solid; it’s not enough to make you write home to mom, but it’s definitely good enough to keep you going back. Then follow your fries with some awesome ice cream creations. They have a new Glacier(the other dairy chain calls it a Blizzard) called cupcake explosion that we highly recommend! Apparently they have added«patio nights» with a DJ and musician for the kids. This low-dollar, family-friendly staple is sure to please.
