Just spent a glorious afternoon kayaking in Scappoose Bay. Saw Great Blue Heron, Eagles and the fish were jumping. There is a super easy and convenient unloading and loading area. The dock makes it nice to slide right in and out of the kayak. $ 3 day use fee. Just ½ from Portland and a fantastic way to spend a sunny day.
