The Salon At Warren

I decided to try The Salon at Warren because of the reviews on line. When I walked in I was very disappointed as the salon is very dark and old — definitely needs a renovation. My appointment was with Lailah also because of the reviews on line. She was to do a correction color. The process she did on me was horrible to say the least. When I returned to Florida, I found a very good stylist who corrected the miserable color jobs that had been done on my hair. I don’t think this is a very good salon.

I love this salon! It’s beautiful inside and the service is always on point! I always have my hair done by Lailah. She cuts and colors my hair. She just did a balayge and at first I was nervous to do it but I was specific and showed her pictures and the end result was perfect! I wanted a subtle but noticeable color. I love what she did! I highly recommend her to anyone!!!

I hate to do this, but I was SO disappointed. I had a color correction appointment with Layla and after reading such great things, I couldn’t wait. I brought in 3 photos and she said okay, no problem. Well 3 hours later, my hair went from blonde to medium brown. Even the girl washing my hair was like «um.its darker.» It was dull and not anything like I asked. She rushed me out, didn’t even ask if I liked it, and here’s the worst part — it was $ 324. I definitely won’t be back, I didn’t like the vibe and the receptionists were really pretty rude.

I can’t say enough great things about this salon. From the front desk to the assistants everyone is always very attentive. The assistant Shannon gave me a great head massage. I had Lailah fix my color and do a keratin. No matter where I go my hair ALWAYS turns red and she managed to fix that and it hasn’t faded back to red. My hair now dries in half the time and is so easy to style because of the keratin. I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first time here. I decided to check it out for myself after reading all of the great reviews. This was also my first time getting my hair cut. I have very kinky curly hair and was a little nervous at first if the stylist would be up for the challenge but I must say Gina was right on point. I am very happy that I came here and highly recommend this salon. Awesome first experience especially for my hair type she rose up to the challenge.

While the stylists here are excellent. The salon owner is rude. I went to this salon every month for over 10 years because i loved the way my stylist did my hair. In that time the owners rarely greeted me, would routinely turn their back on me and other clients when we walked in or left. I am glad to say there is another salon in Warren that offers a relaxed welcoming experience as well as high end styling. As paying client i would never recommend this salon

I get my hair done with Lailah and she is absolutely incredible. I trust her with my hair and I never trust anyone with my hair from so many poor experiences at other salons. I get Brazilian Blowouts, cuts, and color and every time I leave I am so happy! I recommend her and this salon to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Lailah is amazing at color! Always does what I ask for and I get compliments on my hair daily she is the best!

All I have to say is that Gina is incredibly talented and did an AMAZING job with my cut and balayage. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do color wise, but we met earlier in the week for a consultation and cut and two days later did my color. My hair has NEVER looked this great and I am so happy with it.
I will say that I will be making the trek from Philly for my cuts and color from here on out!

So I went back and got the Balayage treatment done. My hair came out exactly like the Pinterest picture I presented. When does that ever happen??? Seriously, go to Gina, and get your hair done. I don’t think I have ever had better hair. Life is too short to live with bad hair. See my previous review for more details, but this place is great, my permanent salon.

Love everything about this place. Super friendly receptionists (which is sorta rare in the salon world), beautiful facility and reasonable prices especially for the location.
I highly recommend Gina, her coloring/​cutting skills are amazing and top notch. She’s also super sweet and really listens to what you want. She also will give you her professional opinion if your unsure or undecided about something.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon, especially Erica and Lailah!
I came into this salon with terrible color that was messed up twice from another salon (very dark reddish base with chunky highlights that almost looked grey, and I do not have any natural greys!). It was not at all what I asked for and I should also mention that this was one week before my wedding!
Lailah immediately made me feel better, she was confident she could fix it for the wedding. And she did! She managed to not only bring the color back to a more natural look, but she was even able to make my color what I originally asked the other salon to do (warm brown base with subtle golden caramel highlights)! I truly wish we had taken before and after photos, because the change is so dramatic.
Thanks to Lailah and the Salon at Warren for saving my wedding day hair! :)
Also, I have gone to Erica in the past, and she does a fantastic job on cut and color too!

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to. I have been to many salons. from trendy places in NYC to Aveda in Honolulu. the Salon at Warren is the best. There is one stylist that is worth the wait, a young lady name Erica. She gives the best cut and style you can imagine. She is beyond talented and professional. Nobody but Erica will ever touch my hair again. And Judy rocks!

I had a ton of different color highlights from another stylist and wanted a change. I found this salon online and saw all of the recommendations for Lailah so I took the plunge and decided to try a new place. Boy am I happy I gave Lailah and The Salon at Warren a chance! My hair turned out amazing! I went in with the idea to add new highlights but I really wasn’t decided on what I wanted. Lailah was wonderful and spent a good amount of time on a consultation and we discussed my lifestyle as a new mom. She suggested that maybe òmbre would be a better option because it’s more low maintenance than regular highlights. This is exactly what I needed. She darkened by base and highlighted the rest in a wonderful òmbre technique. She took her time to make me look great and I really appreciate it. Attached are pictures so you can see how great my hair looks!
Not only was Lailah fantastic but everyone at the salon was very friendly and professional. The environment was clean and relaxing. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The Salon at Warren is wonderful! The receptionist was warm and friendly when I came in. I went to see Lailah for a hair cut/​brazilian blow out. I have really long and thick hair that gets pretty frizzy, especially during the summer. I couldn’t have been happier with the job that she did! My hair cut was fantastic and my hair stays straight! She did an amazing job and I will DEFINITELY be seeing her again!

Lailah did An amazing job on my hAir! My color had grown out to its natural ashy brown and she did a blonde ombré!! The salon itself is very nice! Very well kept and everyone was very nice!

I drive from Brooklyn just to see Lailah at the Salon at Warren. She is the only person allowed to touch my hair– highlights, cut and most recently she did a Brazilian Blowout and it is amazing. She seriously works magic, I highly recommend her (and this salon).

A coupon came in the mail for 50% off one service at this salon for first time customers so I gave it a try.
The Salon at Warren is in Quail Run Plaza. The décor is posh and the receptionist had a fun Pandora station going. They’ve got a nice coffee machine and bagels with a few different kinds of cream cheese. Besides all of these perks, they also give wonderful haircuts– normally I get quite upset when I lop off as much hair as I did, but the layers the stylist gave me left me a happy camper.
The one downside was that the website advertises lower prices for haircuts done on weekends (based on your stylist’s level of training) and so I was expecting a lower price than what I was actually initially charged. With my coupon pre-​tip I ended up paying $ 27 but in the future I’d clarify in order to avoid any surprises at the register.
I want to give them 5 stars for my haircut but the misunderstanding or whatever it was about how much I was to be charged knocks these guys down a star.
