Zero stars for customer service! Had an issue with my tire so decided to stop by to have them take a look at it. All i was seeking was an opinion, wasn’t expecting them to stop everything and cater to my problems. I was told that they didn’t have time to even come out and take 30 seconds to look at my tire. I walked out and drove down to Goodyear (across from Burger King). I walked in and explained my issue and two workers immediately walked out to see what the problem was. The one guy said pull the car over to the garage door and he would try to see what he could do. A few seconds later he came out with an impact wrench and was able to fix my wheel. He then asked what year and model my car was so he could find a lug nut to replace the broken one that he had removed for me. this entire process took approximately three minutes. The next time I need tires for my two vehicles (which will be within the next few months), I will definitely take it to the Warrenton Goodyear. It’s crazy how far a little customer service and can go. A+ to Goodyear!!!

We will never go there again my car failed inspection for weak coils spoke with several. Mechanics they never herd of failing for such a reason my husband replaced the coils took it back to be re inspected was told 5 hours to look At 1 small thing !!! Never again !!!

Tom Frost Service Advisor told us the brakes on a car needed replaced. Did not have this work done during visit. Did take car to shop down the street to get another professional opinion. The other shop showed us that the brake where only at halfway point from original condition. Had a good deal of life left. I wanted to do the right thing and let others know to get a 2^nd opinion if needing even minor work done to you car. Also note the staff at the front desk was very unfriendly on top of trying to do a repair that was not needed!!!

Not recommended. Have been there several times, with several different cars. Feel like they scammed me when I bought tires for my Prius when they virtually insisted on replacing the sensors for the tire pressure monitoring. Took another car there for a state inspection and they bounced it for, among other things, the Subaru Forester having factory stone guards on the fog lights. I pointed out I have another Forester with the factory stone guards and have never had an issue with inspections and the flippant response was «Everyone has the same inspection manual.» Adversarial car service is the last thing I need. Would give them zero stars if that was an option. Enter at your own risk.

The head of the company noticed my previous review and offered to reimburse me for any flawed work. I declined, since I never felt I was charged unfairly in the first place (and that particular vehicle is long gone at this point.) But I’m impressed that they reached out to try and make it right, so I’m bumping their score back up a notch and will probably give them another try.

Great service! My car would not start and after caling around to car repair shops and the dealer of my car, Dave, the president offered to come to where I was stranded to see if he could get my car started. He came, could not start it, and we had already arranged for a tow with Fosters Towing. Before he came out, Dave compiled a price for a new starter for my car and had it ready for me. The car was towed to Tom Frost and repaired that day for the price promised. The customer service people also called to remind me my state inspection was overdue and to ask if I would like them to take care of it. It was inspected, and passed, but they were kind enough to let me know I would need new brake shoes to insure that I would pass the next state inspection. Very nice, competent, people. They will definitely get my next auto repair!
