I used to have to drive all the way to Mid-Rivers Mall to see a movie. That was back in the day. Now I have 3 different theatres within 15 or so miles from home. One of these is the Warrenton 8, which was formerly a BB. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the Warrenton 8 is one of those rare independently owned and operated theatres. It’s only a few years old. It’s got everything you can get at Mid-Rivers or one of the other theatres, including stadium seating.(Yes, I am still as impressed with stadium seating as when I first experienced it in the late 1990s.) I saw Jersey Boys there today. We bought tickets and snacks at the concession counter from competent teenaged employees. My small slushie was only $ 2.35. That is such a low price. This place could become my go-to. There is even an Imo’s in the strip in front of the theatre.
