I’ve always been afraid to stop in here as I was imagining entering the front door and getting hounded by ten salesmen. Imagine my surprise when I stepped in and… hello? Hello? Anyone here? Not once during my 20+ minute visit did I see a salesman which can be good or bad depending on the reason for your visit. We had just wanted to look around so it was a very comfortable experience, but it would have been bad if we had actually wanted to buy something. At one point we walked by the customer service desk and a woman on the phone asked if we needed help, so at least she did that.
This is an outlet store so I believe it’s «cash and carry» with no delivery service, but they have a decent selection of items so it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for furniture. Just expect that you will need to run around the place looking for a sales associate when you’re ready to buy!

If I could give less than one star I would!!! They messed up my order and had excuses that was not acceptable, They can not be reasoned with and they do not care about good service. I am happy the order was messed up. Went to Cardi’s and got great service and got my order when I needed it! also much better quality and service @ Cardi’s! They have awful stuff there and poor quality and no one is ever there to help on the showroom floor! They act like they are doing you a big favor just to talk to you!

Your commercial were the child had the word «shit» bleeped out is disgusting Poor representation of a family of that era.

Had a wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and their upstairs bargain section is full of hidden gems. So glad we stopped in!

Sadly, this is the store where furniture goes to die. The one person who appeared to work here paid absolutely no attention to the three customers in the store. And, perhaps appropriately, was dressed more like a grave digger than a salesman. In search of a good price, I’m willing to accept a few things from a «bargain outlet» — primarily unsold furniture from other furniture stores in a no-​frills environment. Bad to no service, a warehouse-​like shopping experience, and poor quality furniture is a death knell for this outlet. #RIP

Though the reviews were bad, I just purchased my bedroom set here. Staff was very helpful and not over powering was greeted at door and gentlemen gave me his name and said if I need anything he will be around the store. Purchased a eurotop sealy mattress and box spring. So far I have really enjoyed my new mattress and think that the quality and pricing on my new bedroom set was great, I purchased the bedroom set and mattress for the price of just a mattress at most of the other retail stores I went to. Will definitely be back for my living room set soon

The first time we made a purchase we received great service from a man who has since retired. The second time we purchased a dining room set from the outlet. The price tag stated one price for a set of 5 (table and 4 chairs). When we inquired about the fourth chair we were informed it was a mistake & the sales rep took the tag off & told us it would be $ 50 less than the asking price but we could buy a new chair for $ 100. False advertising but fine. Then he tells us we have to pick up the table & chairs w/​i 7 days but it will be several weeks before the lone chair comes in (they’ll call us when it does — Not). So now we’ve paid more than the original asking price and have to make 2 trips to receive our goods (they refused our request to hold the initial purchase for us so we could pick it all up at once). When I spoke to customer service they said it was ‘odd’ and the guy «messed up» but they offered us a ‘gift card’ for local restaurant. Also garbage. What ever happened to doing the right thing for the customer? We were actually considering going back to purchase a bedroom set from them. Not any more.

How a furniture store can be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is unbelievable. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my whole life.
Also, the shrubbery is very overgrown leading to the front door.
Clearly they spend zero dollars on their landscaping budget.
Its odd to have to fight with branches in order to enter the store.
Low budget.

Waited a solid 20 minutes to be helped (in a store with no customers). Minimal selection.
