I love the places, but how come they charged me $ 42.00 total for using the pool and on my bank statement shows that I got charged $ 50.00? Also, on drinks and food was $ 78.15 plus I left $ 10 tips equals $ 88.15 and on my bank statement shows 93.78??? Are you guys over tiping yourself. Can someone explain me that?

I only been here twice and im upset with myself that i just found this place not to long ago … they have over 30 pool tables perfectly placed so that you dont bump in to other people. this place is huge with extremely high ceilings… on Sundays they got a special its 20cent wings and free pool. the staff is very polite and even when its really busy they keep there cool.

I’ve been here a few times usually on Sunday’s when there’s free pool, it’s hard to complain about something that’s free. Depending on the time you get their there’s usually a decent wait but they have a separate small game area(darts, air hockey, shooting/race car games) to entertain you while you wait and a decent sized bar as well. It’s a good place to shoot pool and have a few drinks. Usually don’t give 5 star reviews but it’s hard to beat something that’s free!

Been here a couple of times to celebrate birthdays so I’m always with a crowd and have a great time. Last time we had 6 tables! The waitress was absolutely lovely and really knew her stuff. How she kept us all straight as we were moving from table to table is a mystery!(As an aside, she was also very easy on the eyes) As a group we ordered snacks like french fries and nachos. I can’t eat nachos anymore(so sad, I love nachos!) but did eat the fries where were really good! Crunchy outside, soft inside just like they should be. They have a full bar selection, a good beer selection and a full ‘bar menu’. Besides the pool tables, you can sit at the bar, or a small seating area off to one side and they have a few games and a dart board. A variety of music plays in the background. Get your billiard balls and chalk when you ‘open’ a table at the front desk, the pool cues are along the walls. Don’t lose your chalk — that has to go back with the billiard balls.

I really enjoyed going here and will continue to. During the week playing pool is a reasonable price, much cheaper then competitors I’ve seen. They have tons of pool tables with enough space to play. Food is fairly cheap especially on game day where everything seems $ 5 and below. They have a bar with reasonably priced drinks. The best time to come is Sunday nights when they have the game day menu and free pool for everyone after 5 on Sunday. Just make sure to get there at 5 on Sunday tables full fast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A bit pricy but the servers are top notch and the activities are almost incomparable for a billiards club. I went on a Monday for free pool and the place was jammed! Kinda discouraging because it took an hour or two to get a table. But we knew regulars and we’re able to hold down the ping pong table for the wait time. Only recommendation for that is bring your own pong paddles. Electronic basketball and arcade games were lame but the keno and smoking hot bartenders/servers made up for it! Definetly recommend the place for group parties and events because of the roomy via lounge that I «accidently intruded» only to be welcomed in by the inhabitants to check out. Overall I’d give this place a A-.

Very good experience here yesterday playing pool and having a few drinks with a friend. Attentive friendly staff, clean place, and playing good music. Has gotten better since the last time I was here.

I’ve been here a few times, and one of those times was for a work«team building» event. The food is not good, the drinks aren’t that great, and I’m not a huge fan of the crowd/scene there. Just not my cup of tea, and I doubt I’d ever visit again.

There are very few good pool halls left in RI. This place is definitely one of them. From the counter, the bar, to the table lights, the interior was well thought out.. Railbirds have a place to watch every game from a high view. This place is beautiful… as well as the servers. They offer free pool on certain days.(they should do a tournament during one of those days, since people are already there) Even if i wasnt a pool player I definitely would recommend this place.

This is the old Boston Billiards under a new name and the interior remained unchanged. Lots of 9 foot pool tables. A large bar area. Plenty of televisions. A couple of private rooms for parties. Excellent service. Decent food. In the winter this is a pretty good option on the things to do list.

I honestly wish there was an option for negative stars on this one! I never in my life have experienced/seen such a thing! A poker league I’m in decided to pick up this place as one of their venues. The first week everything was fine, waitress was nice. The second week, and the last time I will ever set foot in that place again; I had the same waitress. I ordered 2 drinks-one for myself and one for a friend and started a tab. At some point during my visit, a friend bought me 1 drink and paid cash. I get my check at the end of the night and it is $ 22.75!!! For 2 drinks that are $ 5.25 each??? I know this is obviously incorrect, so I tell the waitress. She tells me she can get me a printout and I’m like«I don’t need a printout, I clearly am telling you that I ordered 2 drinks, so this is obviously incorrect’. She insists she will get the copy anyway. Well, it comes back with 4 drinks on it… she charged me for the drink that my friend had already paid for and for another drink he ordered himself. She sees that she made a mistake and I tell her I’ll pay for the 3 drinks, including my friends that she accidentally put on my time. She goes to take the other one off that my friend already paid for off, when this guy come over and literally goes, ‘WHAT’S THEPROBLEMOVERHERE???’ with a huge attitude! I’m thinking who the f is this guy??? He says he is the manager(who I didn’t ask for, mind you) and I explain to him what happened. He says«it’s on your bill, right here’, like he didn’t understand a word I said. Then he goes(making sure pretty much the whole place heard, nonetheless, «I’ll take off the one drink, but you are never allowed to run a tab here again.» He goes to tell the poker league owner his story and he makes sure to tell the other angry onlookers that that’s why he doesn’t run tabs at places and just uses cash. Seriously, this guy is a total douche. The last time I was there I brought 3 other people and easily spent about $ 100 between all of us. This down-syndrome looking manager, who’s name is apparently Keith, has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced in my life and is the reason why I will never return to this place. If you want to be totally humiliated and treated like a scumbag because THEY made a mistake, go here. I really have no problem with someone making a mistake, but don’t treat me like the jerk because you screwed up! Other places would be apologizing to you!!! Anyway, the waitress(Misty) kept apologizing, and she would be the only reason why this place even gets a star at all! I am going to write to the owner(Josh) and I will write again to let you know what he has to say! I certainly hope he is not have as jerky as his manager!
