History

Established in 1986.

Sinapi Law Associates started from humble beginnings, with only one attorney operating out of his parents’ basement, and grew to become a thriving and renowned multilingual firm with six attorneys and exemplary support staff.

Richard S.

Business Owner

Richard A. Sinapi is the principal and managing attorney of Sinapi Law Associates, Ltd. His primary areas of practice are governmental affairs and employment law, including discrimination and harassment claims, leave act claims, unemployment benefits claims, minimum wage and overtime claims, and workers’ compensation, as well as civil rights, municipal law, and personal injury. He has over 30 years of experience in the general practice of law, including general civil litigation and real estate law, including both trial and appellate work as well as corporate and commercial law advice, representation, document preparation and transaction closings. His career as a lobbyist spans 3 decades. He has co-​drafted and lobbied for passage of numerous pieces of legislation as well as revised agency regulations. He has a diverse client base, and was named one of the top construction industry lobbyists by Go Local Prov.
