I have been to this location before for tires but never checked in on Unilocal!I decided to call them last minute on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I had called 5 other places that were marginally accomodating and after my last Jiffy Lube experience, I was not going back there! I called Sullivan and from «hello» i could tell they wanted my business. I arrived at 4:50pm and they took me right in and did the service and it was done quickly and $ 20 less than I used to pay Jiffy Lube and this was without a coupon. So, now I will have my family bring their cars here too!

Ok… my car was vibrating like crazy when I accelerated. Had no idea what is was and I was headed for a 3 hour road trip. Found this place off Unilocal based on location nearest me. They bought me in in under 10 minutes. Fixed the problem… snow pack all on the axles and tires… filled my tires to proper air level… then tried not to charge me… I said NOT charge me… car was done in less than 20 minutes! I paid for their lunch. Bottom line… they are not crooks and they care… please go to the dudes and support good businesses like this.

Chris was very helpful in finding replacement tires that saved me about $ 200.
He even let me use one of the offices to get some work done while I waited.
Less than an hour I had 2 new tires and they rotated my tires too.

I usually just write reviews for restaurants but I think this place deserves a shout out. I’m a decent driver but I have a tendency to hit curbs with my big SUV. After this most recent incident I called Sullivan Tire. I remembered that the last time (almost a year ago to the day) I’d had a great customer service experience there. This time was no different.
I called and spoke with a very nice man who was able to look at my purchase history and determine that they had my tire in stock. He let me choose the time I wanted to come in to get it installed. When I arrived they took the car right back and I was on my way in less than an hour. And the price was about $ 20 less than the last time I’d been in.

I had a good experience here a few weeks ago. I needed a new tire for my car and they were very friendly and helpful. Without knowing I had already checked the online inventory he quoted me the lowest priced tire to start and did not try to sell me anything expensive. We discussed tire options and he was able to order the tire to install a couple days after

All you need to know is that you will get great work at a great price. You can trust this place.
We had gone there based on a recommendation from a friend. They went over all the work (new tires, oil change, etc…) and they were very friendly and thorough. They were also looking out for our needs since we needed 4 new tires. The sales person told us that he knew of a sale coming and to wait a day so we would get the sale price. He saved us over $ 125!
I want to give a special thanks to Bart. He has helped us numerous times and really goes above and beyond.
We have since gone back on multiple occasions and once you find a reliable place to get your car serviced it’s like hitting the lottery.
I highly recommend.

Three words to describe this facility, Honest, Fair and Value. This is a family run business of 55 service facilities. I heard of them from the AAA tow truck driver who changed a flat for me. I expected that I’ll need a new tire so I researched their tire prices against
and their prices were competitive, just a few dollars difference. I set up my appointment via their website and almost instantly got a reply. I thought it was an automatic reply but turns out to be a live person, or some super sophisticated artificial intelligent software. I took the car to their facility the next morning. I expected the worst to have to buy 2 new tires. I left the car with them and they gave me a ride to work. Later that afternoon, they said the tire was patched and ready to go. They could’ve told me the tire could not be repaired, and that I need 2 new tires, after all they are «Sullivan Tire». This is a great facility. I’d go to them again for other services, but unfortunately I live in NJ, and am transient to RI.
