Great service, price, and very timely! They were very reliable and easy to communicate with. I received constant updates on the progress of my rims that we’re being repaired. They even have it a full exterior washing and interior detailing. Ask for Nathaniel.

Had my Mini in for repairs in August, I was put off, transferred, not returned calls, not given updates for 2 MONTHS!!! Once I got it back it has had issue after issue resulting from poor workmanship, I have now had to bring it back to Inskip Collision a total of 6 times since the initial repair! Their service is embarrassing, their communication nonexistent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Brought my mini into the collision center to be fixed the beginning of July, almost 5 weeks later my car still has not been fixed. I was told when I dropped off the car that it would take a week to fix my car. I have called and left messages, been transferred and was told I would hear back for someone numerous times. I have spoken to someone in the collision center maybe twice in the 5 weeks my car has been in their shop. They did say that the part that was ordered came in dented twice, but that was 2 weeks ago. I will never bring my car to Mini of Warwich again. I have been without my convertible for pretty much the whole summer driving around a crappy rental. Still waiting to hear when my car will be fixed. Ugh!
