Amtrak Wasco Station

At the time I arrive and depart, this station is never open. The worst part is that it is closed on the week-​ends and they lock the bathrooms. I understand that they may not want people sleeping in there, but is it really fair to the customers who depart and arrive here on the week-​ends to not have access to a restroom? Especially when sometimes one may be stuck there due to trains arriving late.
Also often the kiosk does not work. The credit card scanner tends to not read cards often. They need to get maintenance on it as they are not open for business on the week-​ends and that is the only way to purchase tickets.
