We used Dan Bouchard as our realtor when we sold our house in the Douglas Park neighborhood of Arlington, VA, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. After our initial meeting Dan came up with a couple of good strategies to sell our house. (He identified which upgrades were worth doing to hit different price points.) Even though our house had some issues, we got our asking price in a relatively short time.
What really distinguished Dan was his willingness to go the extra mile. We had to move away before the house sold, and after the inspection there was significant work that needed to be done. Dan stepped in to find contractors, show them the site, sift through bids, negotiate schedules and approve the work. I was 1,700 miles away and starting a new job, so without Dan’s help the repairs would not have been completed by the closing date. He literally saved the sale.
Throughout the process Dan was patient, helpful, and flexible. If I ever move back to Arlington, I will definitely use him again. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend him!
