Allied Passport & Visa Service

Excellent experience — My wife and I used Allied Passport & Visa to get Chinese visas about 30 days before leaving on the trip. It was very easy to order our visas and submit the documentation. When first ordering, we had some questions surrounding turnaround time, and Allied made it super easy. About a week before we planned on having the visas, I had a sudden trip come up requiring my passport in just a few days. I called Steve, and after hearing me through, Steve said «I have great news, Mr. Schuett — you don’t need to do anything!» The passports were scheduled for pickup from the embassy that day, and I would be able to have them by 10:30 the next day thanks to overnight shipping. I will use these folks for all of my visa needs — easy to work with, reliable, and communicative. Much better than last time when I went to the embassy myself to get visas. The best of the best. My passport and Chinese visa application took forever to get to the office (Pope’s visit, shipped FedEx ground, etc) but Steve worked with me and let me know when my precious docs were in his hands. Then they were being shipped back to me before i knew it! Allied is world class service, and Steve is great at his job. He answered all my crazy questions before I even sent him my docs, and then helped me deal with FedEx when it took over a week for my paperwork to get to him (don’t cheap out and use FedEx ground to ship like I did). If I ever need another visa again I’m definitely using Allied!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. We went to them for help with our visas for China. While complications with our applications ultimately required us to go in to the office ourselves, they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They told us exactly what we needed to do to clear up the complications and get our visas and wound up not charging a fee because we went in ourselves. These guys are fair, quick and really easy to work with. Highly recommended!
