History

Established in 1997.

Anthony Bozzi along with a team, manage the sales and acquisitions for Capital City Real Estate. Anthony has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Development and Management. His family has long been involved in Real Estate in Washington DC. For 30 years his family owned and operated the Real Estate Firm Georgetown Properties which was formed in the 1950’s.

Anthony has over 15 years of Real Estate experience, a Masters degree in Communication and Marketing from George Mason University, and is a 6^th generation Washingtonian. Named one of REALTOR Magazine’s «30 under 30» rising stars in Real Estate in 2005, Anthony later lead a top-​producing sales team at a leading luxury International realty firm from 2005 – 2008 with over $ 50M in volume sold each year. Anthony is currently the Vice President of Operations for STAGES Premier, Realtors of Washington, Chairman for the Easter Seals Serving DC | MD | VA Young Professionals Council and a member of the Young Professionals Network of The National Association of Realtors.
