After training at 2 and 3-star Michelin restaurants and cooking in some of DC’s finest kitchens (Citronelle, Gerard’s Place, Café Bethesda), Chef Eric McCoy has taken his experience in fine dining and applied it to your favorite foods, making them faster, easier, and even more delicious.
