Tye is an excellent dog-​walker and dog-​whisperer. He is very zen with the dogs — no matter how many he has with him. He is conscientious, punctual, considerate and kind. What more can I say? My dog, Chester, looks forward to having him come. I can’t speak highly enough of Tye and his business.

My husband and I and our dog love CCDW. Our dog has some anxiety and trust issues, and he needs someone gentle yet confident. He also can’t go with the flow if he abruptly gets a new person one day. Ashleigh has been the perfect solution. I usually email Ashleigh at the beginning of the week and give her the days we need walks that week. So convenient. I also love that the company is owned and run by the walkers themselves, awesome people who genuinely adore, respect and understand dogs (we know Tye too, from around the neighborhood). Very happy we found these guys.

Tye has been walking our dog since we moved here from the West Coast and she absolutely LOVES him! Moving can be stressful for animals and Tye made the transition for our dog so much easier right from the start. He’s reliable, kind and always leaves a note letting us know she’s been out. He’s especially good with dogs and is sensitive to their needs. We tried another dog walking service when we first got here and there is no comparison — Tye is hand’s down the best.

I love these guys! Ashleigh is fantastic with my dog and has been so helpful. First and foremost I recently moved back to DC and when reaching out to several dog walking companies Capital City Dog Walkers was the only company to promptly my answer request! Ashleigh is great with my dog, came and met him w/​in a day of signing up and is very flexible to his needs. She leaves me notes and sends text messages with every visit so I couldn’t be more pleased!
