Jason, Thomas, and Stacy were great. I mean, just amazing. It started with a great meeting with Thomas and Jason where they walked through thier process and then spent a lot of time talking about what we looking for in a new home. From the beginning, we felt well taken care of and like this was not just important to us, but to Jason and Thomas as well.
When it came time to start looking for homes, Thomas took us (and occasionally my wife’s parents) around town looking at everything that fit our criteria (and some things that maybe didn’t but were great in a way we didn’t anticipate). He was always honest, clear, and if we didn’t like something, he listened and took it into account. Finally, we found our dream home in an area we had never considered because of Thomas’ suggestion.
The buying process was hard for us because of the seller forgetting to do some basic things. However, Jason, Thomas, and Stacy were always communicating with us, making sure we had a good understanding of what was going on. When finally we were able to close, the CCP team made sure that we were well taken care of during the entire process.
If you want to find a home in the DC area, use CCP. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The CPC really was a dream to work with. The whole team is friendly and very knowledgeable about the DC market. Thomas showed us condos promptly from being listed on the MLS and was always patient with us. He gave us honest input in all the places we looked at which we really appreciated. When it came time to put in an offer, the whole team was quick with writing up the paperwork. They also gave us very accurate information on where we should start the bid and how much we should escalate. We did not have to escalate to our full amount which was also much appreciated. Overall, you will definitely not be disappointed working with this team and they will make the home buying experience as stress free as possible!

Jason did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home. There were a few logistical bumps along the way (but who doesn’t have those?). At the end of the day, we got a price we were happy with and the whole process was fairly smooth.

Jason, Thomas and Stacy are an incredible team. My wife and I bought our dream home after THREE YEARS of casually looking (passive looking, remotely, from another city)! Throughout the entire process Jason and his team were incredibly patient, never pushing properties that didn’t meet all our criteria (it was a long list), keeping a watchful eye on the market for us; he even went and filmed properties for us that we «thought might have potential.» When the right house finally came on the market Jason and his team moved at record pace from first viewing to offer and negotiations to home inspection to close.
