Description

Specialties

We specialize in nonprofit web development, aiming to give control of the website back to the organization and to avoid fostering dependent relationships, empowering the organizations instead. We offer deep CRM integration in your site to help you manage your constituent relationships and data.

Of course, we also do logos and all manner of print design, from annual reports and brochures to books and magazines, all for nonprofits.

We are an office of the Stuart Center. Learn more at our site.

History

Established in 1984.

CEDC was established in September of 1984. Sponsored by the Society of the Sacred Heart, the Center’s purpose has always been clear — to serve the nonprofits, faith-based groups, and the Society and to open the doors of communication arts to organizations that might not otherwise afford such services. In 2012, CEDC became an office of the newly formed Stuart Center.

Will Simpson has served at the CEDC for nine years, now working as Assistant Director. It is Will’s work that allows the day to day operation of the Center run smoothly and efficiently, and he is a constant point of contact for many partners. He and his wife Avé, a Spanish teacher and administrator at a local high school, moved to Washington in 2001 after graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
