Dr. Jasmine Ritchie is happy to be welcoming the patients of Dr. Marissa O’ Malia to Cibelle Chiropractic of Georgetown, P.C. After almost 20 years of practice, Dr. O’Malia has announced her very exciting move out of the country and has been spending the month of May in the office to assist in a seamless transition. The office hours, address, and phone numbers will be remaining exactly the same, and an effort is being made to go over individual cases to assure continuity of care.

Dr. Ritchie is the President and Chiropractic Director at Cibelle Chiropractic of Georgetown. She is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Ritchie is licensed by the New Jersey Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the District of Columbia Board of Chiropractic Examiners, with certification to perform ancillary procedures. She has done extensive post-​graduate study in the area of mechanisms of musculoskeletal injuries, and development and implementation of comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation programs for injured individuals. Other areas of post-​graduate study include but are not limited to:

Primary Spine Care, Neurophysiological central and peripheral nervous systems mechanisms of pain with integrated higher cortical functions of the thalamus, cingulate, amygdala, pre-​frontal, motor and sensory cortexes. Trauma and chronic pain care effecting mechanoreceptors, nociceptors and proprioceptors through adjustive therapy based upon evidenced based care
