Citibank

Customer service at this branch over the years has been very uneven. The tellers are nice the problem is management, or other customer service representatives. I’ve been banking at this branch for 22 years so I feel confident in stating this complaint. Citibank routinely cycles out branch managers so fortunately the bad ones leave, on the other hand the good ones do too.
Right now, I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to be helped. The manager who will likely meet me is in eyeshot and earshot. She is currently on a conference call. I know this because she has the conference call on speaker phone and I can hear everything that the speaker is saying. Not only is this very unprofessional, it compromises the work environment with advertising the goals of the speaker. Also I find it not just annoying but rather disturbing that a professional would conduct herself in this manner. I am left wondering is this how she plans to conduct business with me? Sharing at a high volume what I consider private.
