I brought in my Rado watch to have a link added to the bracelet. This was back in August of 2015. He said he needed to order the link and I paid close to $ 400 for the part. He insisted on cash, which sent me scrambling to both an ATM and a nearby store to get a check cashed, and gave me a receipt/claim check without the amount I paid on it. I kept checking periodically, but no part came in. Now, six months later, he still doesn’t have a part and keeps telling me to have patience. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund and he refused. The phone number for his business is out of service. It looks like he swindled me out of a lot of money and I have no recourse but to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. I’m super angry!

George is great, very helpful and accommodating. Price is fair for DC. I trust him for all my watch needs. People walk in for repairs all the time so you know he’s good. He rents a space inside Scogna Tailors, so it might be hard to spot him, but he’s earned a reputation in the area that he needs no advertisement.
