History
Established in 1986.
Partners Arthur Carlson and Peggy Fredricksen created CNF Catering on Oct 26, 1986.
Originally known as CF Folks catering, the business launched when companies in The Golden Triangle began seeking out delicious catered lunches. The duo then found unused space that backed into the alley across the street from CF Folks. After convincing the landlord to rent it to them, CNF Catering was launched.
CNF Catering has also given a home to The Well Dressed Burrito, a popular yet well-hidden-burrito-spot famously known for being «somewhere in the alley».
