History

Established in 2010.

Adapting2change, as a personal development (life) and career coaching practice, became a reality in the summer of 2010 although I’ve Coached at FindingYourZenith since 2006. I experienced my own personal and career challenges that summer.

None of us are immune to such setbacks faced on a daily basis in our lives and workplace.

I did you can also find that new you, relationship, and career you’ve longed to experience.

As a trained social worker, educator, and Board Certified Coach, I found myself having to face the music so to speak, creating little steps, tangible goals and action resulting in a better life.

Adapting2Change understands, accepts, and embraces change which is everpresent admist forseen and unforseen events that helps shape you and I into the greatness we all are!

Business Owner

I am the Owner and Coach at Adapting2Change here in Glover Park DC.

I have a Masters in Elementary Education from American University, a MSW from the University of Iowa, Life Coach training from ILCT, Executive Coach training, and Board Certified Coach from the Center for Education and credentialing. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Christian Coaches Network.

I presently live and reside in Glover Park DC.
