Renting through Drachman Real Estate seemed like a good decision at first. I have lived in an apartment managed by them for nearly a year and a half. However, after they switched property managers(internally), the response time and quality on maintenance dropped considerably. Between having a bubbled up floor replaced slowly and not having the yard maintained at all for months, I was frustrated. My air conditioning has been broken for a week now, and in spite of multiple attempts to get in touch with the property manager about fixing it, I only heard back on a Sunday evening that it was my responsibility to change the air filter. The lackadaisical response time and complete lack of their maintenance crew’s recognition that the air filter(actually recently replaced) is not the issue has left me fuming. It is mid-July, and they don’t even seem to care to address this problem anytime soon.
