Was there with my parents. My mother was trying 3 skirts and two dresses. My father was giving his opinion when my mother was trying clothes. A sale associate came and yelled at my father, pointing her finger and yelling at him to leave. My mother was completely shocked and she decided to turn in all the clothes. The sales associates violently took them from her. We were all distressed by this behavior. This happened on June 9, 2016 between 12:40 — 12:50. SAVEYOURSELVES A HEADACHEANDTHISBEHAVIOR!!!

I LOVE this Dressbarn location. Very accessible. I can go in and come out with exactly what I needed and was looking for. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Every time I come in, they remember me and tell me about the great sales going on. There was one time where I left my coupon at home and they still upheld the coupon for me!(Woo hoo to savings). These ladies know their inventory and they are always willing to find a piece at another store or on the website for you.

The staff here is rude. A dress I liked — along with many of the same in different sizes — was on the $ 30 rack. I went to buy it and it rang up full price. I said it was on the $ 30 rack, and the woman at the register went to go check. She came back and said«no it’s not. It’s on a full price rack». So when I went to go look, the space on the $ 30 rack where these dresses were was cleared out and the dresses had been moved to the full price rack across the way. Emphasis on the fact that there was a chunk of empty rack space in the middle right where these dresses had been. I had to untangle the tags on these dresses to get my size, and I double checked the price before bringing it to the register. So I’m pretty positive they were there. When I explained this to the woman she just said«No. They’re not there. They were never there.» I’m not crazy and I’m not a liar. So I really don’t appreciate being called a liar. It’s also bad business — calling potential customers liars. It’s one thing to say, «you know, we had to move them because we realized they were mistakenly on that rack, so sorry» — but an entirely different thing to tell me «no, they were never there». Because then how did I get it off the sale rack?! I’m pretty furious and I will never shop here again.

My new favorite spot to buy clothing. Ms. Edna was at the register. She’s as sweet as she can be. She helped me order a pair of pants and have them shipped to the store. Cant wait to get my pants. I know I will pick up something else from here. Not sure why I’ve been sleeping on/blowing off dress barn — they have some really nice items for a good price.

DONTGOTHERE… VERYRUDE! The store was well organized and clean. However, the sales associates were curt, abrupt and not helpful ATALL. They were engaged in personal conversations with each other and could not be bothered with helping me. I asked for a price on a skirt with no tag and they just pointed to the cashier gesturing for me to go there while she sat on a SHIRT display talking to her friend about her family barbeque. The cashier was rude and gave me one word answers to all of my questions. had I not been traveling and needed an extra outfit I would not have rewarded the store’s reprehensible behavior WITHMYPATRONAGE. Truly an embarassment of customer service and dress barn as a company. SHAMEONYOU!

I would recommend this location because of the variety of sizes, openness of the store layout, and the very helpful staff. When I am in the market for a dress, I will be returning.

This Dressbarn, which is only a year or two old, provides a much nicer shopping experience over the older store on Conn. Ave. Yes, Dressbarn, it’s actually a good resource for those retro looking structured cotton sun dresses that you can wear to the office in the summer with a light sweater and still look put together. The rest of the inventory is heavy on the polyester but sometimes you just need those easy care dresses that look professional, and you can throw in the wash at home. The late Fall/Winter inventory gets way matronly but you can always find something cute in their Spring/Summer inventory. The staff is super helpful, they know their inventory and they are always willing to find a piece at another store or on the website for you. FYI, the entrance is a few doors down from the corner, beyond the entrance to the Food Hall @ The Shops.
