2 stars for selection, good products and some very good staff. Zero stars for some lousy staff. On thee separate visits to the store, three different staff members were advising me about paint and painting supplies when I suspected I was getting poor advice. I inquired as to whether the salesperson actually had experience painting. None of them had. That’s surprising at a store dedicated to paint and wall coverings. But it’s fine as long as they are trained well. Clearly, these people were not, as when I looked for a salesperson with experience I was given very different advice, which actually made sense. I know it’s difficult to admit when one doesn’t know the answer but please train your personnel that it’s fine to not know the answer and request the aid of someone who does. Then that sales clerk can listen in to experienced advice and learn along with the customer.

Terrible service. They sold me the wrong can of paint, and then refused to exchange it, refund it, or assist in any way. Buy your paint elsewhere — you’ll be glad you did.

Much better than any other Duron store I’ve been to. Lots of free parking, big selection, faster service than anywhere else because they have a large staff.
