The wheel of our luggage fell off when we arrived at the Union Station. We found this store and expected to pay premium prices for a replacement. We were surprised by the excellent customer service we received and the discount on the luggage we chose. The sales person was great to work with, he made sure everything fit in our new luggage before charging us. Our shopping experience was so pleasant, we bought a tote bag too. This is a great store with a nice selection and friendly service. We highly recommend it.

In my travels across the U.S., this has been my go-​to place before I leave. They have everything you need at one location. The staff is incredibly knowledgable about luggage and the travel industry in general. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering traveling or anyone that just wants to grab a nice toiletry bag or just a backpack.
