Located in Dupont Circle, Earley Wellness Group is one of Washington DC’s premier Chinese medicine group practices. Our dynamic team uses acupuncture and Chinese herbs to address a wide variety of health concerns, including pain management, fertility, cancer support, and stress-related illnesses.

In network for Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Cigna.

Chinese medicine, including acupuncture and Chinese herbs, is the oldest continuously practiced medical system in the world and is used by 60 percent of the world’s population as a primary health care system. Because of its relatively low cost and its noninvasive nature, acupuncture is a highly popular form of alternative health care in the United States. Acupuncture is a safe, effective and drug-free therapy that can help address a wide variety of common ailments and problems. As an alternative therapy, acupuncture takes into account the marvelous complexity of each person and treats the body, mind and spirit as a total, unified, holistic being. Acupuncture works preventatively and curatively, supporting our body’s own healing abilities. Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture are complementary therapeutic modalities that are often used together in treatment.

Meet the Business Owner

Deb E.

Business Owner

Prior to becoming an acupuncturist, I spent over 20 years in the corporate sector as a manager, an organizational development consultant, and as a business coach. I worked with and for many large businesses and not-for-profit organizations including Ford Motor Company, Prudential Insurance, Coopers & Lybrand, Presbyterian Church U.S.A., and the Girl Scouts of America. Now I use my coaching skills to partner with clients who are seeking better health and a more balanced, centered lifestyle.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I earned my undergraduate degree at the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, and my Masters degree in Acupuncture from the nationally-recognized Maryland University of Integrative Health in Columbia, Maryland. I moved to the Takoma Park/Silver Spring area over two decades ago. My partner and I have two sons, Garrison and Byron. I am actively involved in local business, civic, and spiritual communities and am a sports enthusiast.
