Terrible. I ordered the «The Ultimate Gift for Mom»
The damn arrangement was not delivered in your «refrigerated trucks» it came in some station wagon the chocolate was melted and the fruit was warm. And to top things off the order says it comes with a teddy bear and balloons. I only got the balloons… smh

My friend sent me an Edible Arrangement for my birthday from this location. They delivered on a Saturday but I was not home all day because I was out enjoying my birthday. :) They were kind enough to re-​deliver it the next day. They were courteous enough to call before they delivered to make sure I was home and available to receive the delivery, which I made sure I was. Whoever was working on Sunday, February the 2nd and delivered to me here in the Arlington area should get the «best employee» award because he was THE nicest gentleman. He greeted me a happy birthday over the phone and in person when he delivered. I almost wanted to just hug this stranger because he was just that awesome! The fruits tasted fresh and delicious and I am a happy girl! Thank you, Edible Arrangements!

These guys do it again. This time, had to reschedule twice for a coworker’s delivery, and they were flexible and accommodating each time. As usual, the arrangement was put together very nicely.
