I tried to call the store to get directions at noon time! No answer for 15 minutes! WOW!!!

Thank you Anna, store manager for going out of your way to get a beautiful, fresh birthday arrangement to my daughter by 12:30pm. I am so pleased with the help and service I was given. The balloons and fruit were beautiful and so festive. I will be back.

An alternative to treating friends and family to junk food. Kinda pricey for fruit dipped in chocolate but it is worth it once you try it.

I’ve received many edible arrangements as gifts from this location and every time the fruit has been so fresh and sweet, it’s quite amazing. The deliveries have been on time and there has never been a problem.
I placed an order online for pick-​up for the first time for a Halloween party at my office (we wanted some healthier options too) and I went in and they were just wrapping up my order. It was quick and easy. They had no bags, but the nice young lady at the counter did her best to help me manage everything.
Everyone at the office loved it and the fruit as usual was fantastic — it was super cute too with the chocolate covered pineapples in the shape of ghost, cats and bats.
I really don’t know how they get such fresh fruit year round but they do. This is a great alternative to flowers or other items and is appreciated by those watching what they eat.
I have been able to store leftovers in the fridge for quite a few days too. It’s a nice surprise as a gift.

This place never lets me down. Fast, reliable delivery and a very courteous staff. On my most recent order, I had erred on the delivery date and ended up needing it today. Surprisingly, they delivered it within an hour of my phone call and gave me no flak for having to reschedule on such short notice.

I’ve used this place twice when purchasing gifts and they do a great job both delivering and when picking up.
I purchased the mixed chocolate covered strawberries, pineapples, and apples, all of which were really fresh. My girlfriend especially liked the strawberries, so I got another dozen for her birthday with a balloon, which they delivered on-​time. I told them she would only be there for a few hours in the morning and the driver was able to deliver them during that period.
Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with this location and their products are excellent. I’ll be using them again.

Ordered a small arrangement for my husband to celebrate our 5 year Anniversary! They followed the instructions I gave them for delivery (on-​line) perfectly! My husband was so excited to receive a very special gift.

I orderd online thinking that I would get the best deal that way, but I was VERY WRONG! I get to the location and see the EXACT arrangement I ordered for almost $ 20 LESS! When I asked the clerk about it, he said that my order cost more because it had chocolate covered apples. So imagine my shock as I gave it to the administrative assistant in my office and there was NOT ONE CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLE in the ENTIRE arrangement! I will NEVER order another arrangement online! The clerk could have at least been honest with me. Dishonesty makes me wonder what other steps are taken to deceive the customer! Totally unexceptable!

You can place an order online and select a time and location for pickup. Dealing with the employees on site was chaotic. I was ignored, forgotten, asked my name about five times by two different people, then forgotten a little more before I finally got my order. The staff just came off as unprofessional with lots of yelling back and forth to try to locate people’s orders, not being able to keep track of what they should be looking for, and trying to deal with all the customers at once instead of processing us one by one. One of the ladies was nice and apologetic about them taking so long to get my order, but I’d rather they were coldly robotic but efficient.
The chocolate covered strawberries were great quality and delicious though.

The fruit from Edible Arrangements is HEAVENLY. Perfectly ripe, juicy, and full of flavor. I’d swear they grow it in some nearby garden to make it taste so fresh and in-​season, but I’ve yet to notice any fruit orchards on M Street. This makes a great healthy alternative for a food gift or celebration. As much as I love sweets, I would actually prefer an edible arrangement over a cake!
Try the chocolate covered pineapple slices — I thought it would be weird, but they’re soo delicious!
Extra props to the staff at this location. They donated a bunch of fruit bouquets to a local tennis fundraising event last summer. They kept the fruit fresh and cold for the event despite having to deal with 85+ degree August heat. The guests gobbled up the arrangements; there was nothing left within an hour!

Received an Edible Arrangement as a thank you gift from one of my customers. It is an interesting alternative to flowers and/​or chocolates. All of the fruit was fresh. Where do they find star shaped pineapples? Cute idea.

One wouldn’t think that pineapple covered in dark chocolate would be delicious… but it IS.
Why?
Because Edible Arrangements has the freshest fruit imaginable. I cynically took a bite of their dark chocolate-​dipped-​pineapple and thought I was having a delectable flavor seizure. The fruit even stayed fresh in my ghetto refrigerator for over 5 days.
The website is childish and corny, but they have endless possibilities for a small gift for a loved one or a glorified fruit salad.
Very easy and creative for gifts. They deliver same day. High five, Edible Arrangements. High Five.
