Couple of years ago when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism I went to dr. Ramey. Dr Ramey was good to explain general things about my new health problem and he was really good in monitoring my thyroid levels and adjusting doses of medicine… meaning I felt really good while I was having him as a doctor. He was also good, in comparison to other doctors I am currently seeing, and had sent the lab results after every blood work. Unfortunately he does not accept my new insurance so I had to change my endocrinologist. The only thing that was a bit strange is that he never suggested doing ultrasound or had checked my overall levels of hormones and vitamins(which careful doctor should do) and he did whatever I asked him to check… meaning if I had never asked he would had never recommend it.
