Elf Boxes Reusable Plastic Moving Boxes

I used Elf Boxes for a move about a year ago, and as I’m thinking about making another move, this company has been on the mind again as I’m HIGHLY likely to use them again. Elf Boxes were crucial in my move. There was no way that I would have fit all my stuff in my moving truck or have moved it all in one day. The fact that the boxes stack up neatly (no playing tetris with boxes anymore!) was a huge help while I was in the packing process as well as making them fit into a moving truck once I began moving. I also felt confident my beloved possessions were safe in the sturdy boxes and would not get crushed (the way I’ve accidentally done in free liquor boxes). The dolly that came with the boxes was also very helpful for moving everything around and in fewer trips than normal.
Delivery and pick up was a very smooth process. Boxes arrived clean and in good shape (the sticky labels they provided were also quite useful). Boxes were a great size, just remember to take their advice to not over stuff with heavy items — try to distribute.
Elf Boxes were definitely worth it. I know it might seem silly to pay for boxes when you can get them from free from the local grocery, but knowing how painful moving is, anything that can make the process a little less hassle and a little more pain free seems to be well worth it these days. I highly recommend!

«There is no way I am going back to cardboard after using the plastic elf boxes. We had used plastic boxes in an office move and I saw how easy it was. Elf didn’t disappoint. Was able to do most of my packing quickly and easily. Because most of our things fit in the easy to move green boxes the movers got done early and saved me money as well.
One note: Make sure not to pack the boxes completely full of books as they hold a lot and your back (or your mover’s) will not thank you.

These boxes/​crates are the best to use for moving. Nice, uniform, clean and sturdy! Used these for an office move and will never go back to boxes. No tape, no mess and no trash!
I placed my order online for the package recommended for my move size. Got just the right amount of crates, really didn’t need much extra beyond what I already had. After I placed my order online I was contacted about when I wanted my delivery. Peter contacted me a few days before the drop off and was on time. You get to keep the boxes for 2 weeks, one week before and one week after, longer if you need it. Pickup was just as easy. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I am a mover and truly wish all my customers would use these. Moving rigid, uniformly shaped containers like these speeds up moves more than you might think. When we stack boxes in a truck, cardboard boxes tend to sag and crush. These rigid boxes eliminate that problem.

A friend of mine recommended renting plastic boxes for my recent move. After several moves where I scrounged grocery stores and dumpster-​dove for enough cardboard boxes, I thought it was a great idea.
The boxes were delivered to my old apartment. They were clean, sturdy and large enough to fit most loose household items, clothes, books, etc. I had a few friends help me move, and I think they appreciated how easy to carry the boxes were, and how organized my move was. And my box rental included a dolly so that made it go even faster because we could stack a few boxes on top of the dolly and roll it outside.
After I unpacked, Elf Boxes picked up the boxes from my new apartment. Overall, moving totally sucks but having better boxes really helps make it go a lot smoother!

This was a great service! My roomates and I moved together and we filled 35 boxes. The boxes were sturdy, a convenient size, and stacked well. They were especially helpful for kitchen items since you could load them up with heavier items (plates, pots and pans, etc.) and not worry about them busting open like a cardboard box was.
Dropoff and pickup was a nice touch too!

Wow. I wish someone had thought of this sooner! Instead of buying cardboard moving boxes and throwing them out, this company delivers plastic moving boxes to you which you use and return when you are done. They don’t require any assembly. are super easy to use and a real time saver. I won’t ever go back to cardboard moving boxes again!
