I’ve been training weekly with Courtney for two and a half years. The half-hour sessions can be grueling but the increase in strength and fitness and overall quality of life is undeniable. The Med-X machines are first-rate. I’m stronger now in middle-age than I’ve ever been.

This is a personal training gym focused on a exercise system called«Low velocity training». Personally I have only worked with Courtney, and she is a very motivated and energetic young trainer that will work you hard. Take a lot at some articles about this method and give Courtney or the gym a call and give it s shot, it far better for any one with a history in injuries or pain due to rehabilitative integration.
