Faith, Hope and Love was founded for public purpose. As a community-​based tax exempt 501c (3) organization our mission is to impact lives one youth at a time by building, educating, and providing fundamental resources for our future leaders. Through youth organization and development we believe in promoting leadership amongst our young men and women of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. with programmatic programs.

Business Owner

Growing up in the District of Columbia Shameka N. Taylor has experienced her fair share of ups and downs. As a female who was determined to overcome adversity and chaos she begins searching for the right tools and moment to get involved in the lives of today’s youth and community.

There wasn’t a manual provided nor someone leading her as a mentor and so she became in tuned to the growing pains of change by observation and endurance within her own life. Born out of purpose, and birthed from vision mentoring has always been her passion and therefore the journey begun. With no clear direction where to start or the essentials needed she knew if she could just start with one community, one child then her own personal testimony of triumphs was well worth the fight. An one day it began when a friend asked if she could mentor a young man that needed direction also and she so graciously accepted the task.

Fast forward – One door opened that turned into a multitude and despite some minor bumps
