Farco Towing & Autobody Services

After waiting 1 ½ for a towing company last night; they told me that I was not in VA but still DC and could not come to me. I called Geico back and the rep advised me I was in DC and sent Fartco. They immediately called to find out my location. I explained to them exactly where I was and she told me that if I can see the HOV lanes I was in Virginia. I called the police and I was in DC. I called Geico back and they said that they would be there in less than 45 (I’ve already waited a total of 2 ½ hours. After the 45 minutes passed I called Geico who called them in which they said the wait time was 90 minutes and they were not coming. I do not recommend them. DC Police NOT Virginia is the only reason why I wasn’t left stranded on the side of the road being my phone had died.

My car would not start, so, being a member, I called AAA. They sent a tow truck out to me which was from the Farco Towing company. The gentleman who arrived was friendly, helpful, and efficient (His name was Jerome). I live about 30 miles away from where my car broke down, but they towed it to a shop near my house anyway (I was able to choose the shop that I wanted). I was happy with the service, and I would use them again!

When I called AAA, a Farco tow truck was dispatched to my place. The driver asked what was wrong with the car. I told him, and he diagnosed the problem, then pulled what remained of a shredded belt out of my car to show me before he loaded it onto the flatbed. He suggested that instead of taking the car to the dealership (which I couldn’t really afford but he didn’t know) I should take it to a local place like AYT. I had him take it to the Exxon on Adam’s Mill Rd, and everything was smooth.
Dude saved me hundreds of dollars, I’m sure. So Yay! I’m a fan!
