Foggy bottom did a great job cleaning the carpet in my living room and bedroom. I will definitely go with them again next time I need the carpet cleaned.

Between the great customer service, the timeliness of their work, and the unbeatable rates, it would be difficult to say what I valued the most! Above all else, the results from their work topped any other method I have used.
Moving out of a furnished space, I was worried that I wouldn’t get my security deposit returned to me. I was determined to get it fully refunded to put toward my own furniture in my new place. From previous experience, it isn’t always easy to rent a steam cleaner and get the furniture upholstery anywhere near admissible to a landlord’s standard. So when I called Foggy Bottom Cleaners, I not only got a deal for inquiring about both carpets and couches, but I got the best receptionist on the other end of the line. So friendly and helpful! I will never rent a steam cleaner again, those are so much work for such minimal results when you can just call this company up and have them come out and get it done in less than half the time and no effort! I got my full deposit back and although still hunting for the perfect couch, I will definitely be calling them up any time I need the carpets or upholstery steamed again! ij

I was visiting family in the DC area when we dropped a bowl of red chili right in the middle of the living room rug. It was made worse by the fact that it wasn’t even my carpet. The carpet was an off white beige in color. OMG how embarrassing.
At first we tried to get the stain out with another the counter product but it only ended up smearing the stain and drove it into the carport deeper.
I was beside myself and didn’t know what to do. I even googled it and that is when someone suggested Foggy Bottom Carpet Cleaners. Then we called them and they came out and got it out licitly split with minimal effort and cost! I was so surprised and pleased that I tipped the guy.

These guys really knew what they were doing. I spilt a red wine on my carpet about a week ago. And accidentally had to leave it as I was heading out of town. I was able to call in and schedule an appointment for as soon as I got back in town.
They are really a life saver. They had it cleaned and ready to go before I brought my date back in later that day. Saved me from embarrassment. You deserve the stars.

Thanks to the fantastic crew at Foggy Bottom Carpet Care not only did I get my full deposit back for my rental but I think they made the look more new then when I came in. Their whole crew came what felt like last minute and everyone was friendly and very professional with their work. Fast, efficient, and perfection for such a great price!
